透明膜三维烟包机

功能特点：
本机器是用玻璃纸或BOPP镀膜对不同规格的硬纸包装盒、包装品等进行三维包装的设备。该机是我公司在吸取国内外同类产品先进技术的基础上进行创新设计而成的, 它以机械联动机构以为主体,采用无级变频调速和自控电气附属设备, 集机、电、气为一体, 具有运行稳定可靠、封口牢固、平整美观等特点。可对物品进行自动包裹、热封、计数, 并自动粘贴防伪易拉线。包装速度可无级调速、缺盒不下膜、对色标(按客户需求)等功能, 在更换少量零件的情况下, 可包装不同规格的盒式物品。

Functional Features:
This machine is suitable for overwrapping different specification of carton, box with cellophane or BOPP film, which is designed innovatively on the basis of introducing and absorbing the congeneric products advanced technology at home and abroad. The main body of the machine is mechanical united structure. It introduces stepless frequency speed controller, automatic control and electrical accessory equipment. On the combination of machine, electricity and pneumatic parts , it has the features of stable and reliable operation, firm sealing, smooth surtace and beautiful appearance. It can do packing automatically, heat sealing, counting, and automatically sticking tear tape to single or multiple cases. The machine has stepless packing speed adjustment, no film feeding protection component if case-lrack, and color bars calibration feature etc.(according to customer’s requirements).We only need to change few parts to pack variety of specification of products.
